Farhana brings a wealth of expertise and experience in the property management and consulting field, accumulated over her impressive 20-year journey at HassConsult Ltd, Kenya's largest integrated real estate company. As the CEO of HassConsult, she held a prominent role in driving the overall strategic, operational, and financial performance of the group of companies.
With more than 35 direct employees reporting to her, Farhana successfully managed multiple business units within HassConsult, including property consulting and advisory, development, management, sales, and leasing. Her leadership and guidance were instrumental in nurturing a diverse team and overseeing the seamless execution of various real estate projects.

In 2009, Farhana's forward-thinking mindset led to the establishment of HassConsult's property development division. This decision proved to be a pivotal moment in her career, as she embarked on originating, structuring, and leading numerous end-to-end property transactions valued between US$20 million and US$100 million. Her exceptional skills in negotiation, deal structuring, and project management solidified her reputation as a respected figure in the industry.

Notably, in 2019, Farhana spearheaded the origination, structuring, and development of Enaki Town, an ambitious US$100 million master community project that seamlessly blends mixed-use residential, commercial, and botanical garden spaces. This transformative endeavor showcased her vision for creating innovative and sustainable spaces that enhance the quality of life for occupants.

Recognized for her exceptional achievements, Farhana has been honored with prestigious awards, including the '2014 Property Woman Developer,' '2014 Best Office Development,' and '2014 Best Real Estate Agency Award' at the East Africa Property Awards, as well as the '2012 Best Office Development' at the International Property Awards and the '2010 Best Real Estate Marketing' at The African Residential Property Awards.

Farhana's educational background complements her practical experience, with an MBA from Strathmore Business School, ranked as the number one business school in Kenya. Additionally, she holds a BSc. (Hons) degree in Land Management from the University of Reading, United Kingdom, equipping her with a well-rounded skill set to tackle complex real estate challenges.

With a solid background in both commercial and practical aspects of property management, Mustafa brings invaluable skills to the table. His expertise lies in effectively managing technical teams and implementing IT solutions within commercial environments. Notably, during his tenure as the Head of IT Infrastructure at HassConsult, Mustafa successfully managed and implemented database, network, and server management solutions, contributing to the company's operational efficiency and growth.

At Space Optimiser, Mustafa's role extends beyond technical leadership. He is tasked with overseeing groundbreaking research initiatives in collaboration with renowned universities to develop a unique AI technology. This research aims to unlock new possibilities and enhance the capabilities of Space Optimiser's offerings, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

As the CTO, Mustafa is also responsible for driving product development efforts. His visionary mindset and expertise guide the integration of Deepfi and the resulting AI technology into a cohesive commercial product. By leveraging these cutting-edge technologies, Space Optimiser aims to revolutionize space optimization and provide businesses with actionable insights to drive growth and success.
